How fast will I hear back?

Within one business day. Simple questions are often answered the same day. Complex multi-piece quotes can take up to two business days so we can price them properly.

What should I include to get a useful quote?

Dimensions, material, and quantity at minimum. A sketch, photo, or PDF drawing cuts down the back and forth a lot. A hand-drawn diagram with measurements on it works fine.

What are your current lead times?

Custom work is running 1 to 3 weeks. Standard catalog items ship faster. Your confirmed lead time comes with the quote so you can plan around it.

Do you have a minimum order?

No. We fabricate a single piece as readily as a full production run.
