Trunk lines & plenums
Custom-size rectangular trunk lines and plenum boxes in any dimension.
Upload your drawings, submit your dimensions, or just describe what you need. We fabricate it in galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless and ship it to your door. No minimum order.
Dimensions, material, and quantity are the minimum. A sketch, photo, or PDF speeds things up. A hand-drawn diagram with measurements on it works fine.
If it can be made from sheet metal and it moves air, we can most likely build it. Galvanized steel, aluminum, and stainless.

Round duct in diameters and lengths you won't find in a catalog.
Specialty transitions between unusual duct shapes or non-standard sizes.
Return air boxes and air handler connections built to your OEM equipment specs, plus flexible connectors in custom lengths and diameters.
Complete duct system packages fabricated from PDF shop drawings or architectural plans.
Replacement components for existing systems where the standard size no longer exists.

Heavy-gauge galvanized or stainless ductwork for industrial and manufacturing applications.
Precision-tolerance ductwork for data center cooling systems.
Not every project starts with a finished engineering drawing. A full set of HVAC plans, a PDF shop drawing, equipment specs, a field sketch, or just a list of dimensions — any of it is enough to start.
We review your drawings and specifications to catch fitment issues and verify dimensions before anything gets cut. For simple work, a rough sketch with measurements is usually enough to price it. For commercial and industrial jobs, we fabricate directly from architectural plans, mechanical drawings, and detailed shop documents.
Dimensions, material, and quantity in the form above. Upload a sketch, drawing, or photo — even a hand-written note with measurements on it is perfectly usable.
A fabrication specialist reviews the request and comes back with a price and a lead time within one business day. Complex multi-piece orders may take two.
Once you approve the quote, the order enters the production queue. Standard custom orders complete in 1–3 weeks depending on complexity and volume.
Finished ductwork ships flat-packed or palletized via LTL freight with full tracking, from our Chandler shop to your door.
At minimum: dimensions (width × depth × length for rectangular, or diameter × length for round), material preference, connection types, and quantity. A sketch, photo, or PDF drawing speeds up the process significantly and cuts down the back-and-forth. Even a hand-drawn diagram with measurements on paper is perfectly usable.
We respond to all quote requests within one business day. Simple custom pieces are often quoted the same day. Complex multi-piece orders, or fabrication from formal shop drawings, may take up to two business days for a thorough review and accurate pricing.
No. We fabricate single pieces as readily as large production runs. Whether you need one custom plenum or 500 identical transition fittings, the process is the same. Pricing reflects material cost, complexity, and quantity.
Yes. We regularly produce ductwork from PDF shop drawings and AutoCAD files. We do not perform takeoffs and will use your duct report to produce a quote. Upload your drawings in the form above and our team will review them, confirm the component list, and provide pricing.
Custom orders ship in 1–3 weeks depending on complexity and volume. Simple single-piece items, like a non-standard trunk section, are often complete in 5–7 business days. Large multi-component system packages may take 2–3 weeks. Your confirmed lead time is included in the quote so you can plan the schedule around it.
Send the drawings, the sketch, or just the numbers. You'll have a price and a lead time inside one business day.
