What types of ductwork do you fabricate?
Rectangular, round, and spiral duct, plus fittings. That covers elbows, tees, reducers, and custom designs built to your drawing.
What materials do you use?
Domestic high-quality sheet metal in galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Do you provide custom ductwork design?
No. Submit your designs, or talk it through with us and we will build ductwork to your specifications. See custom fabrication.

Placing and changing an order
How do I place an order for custom ductwork?
Order directly through the website. Pick a product from the catalog, use the ductwork configurator, or send us a message through the contact form.
What is the typical lead time?
Lead times depend on order size and complexity. Custom work generally runs 1 to 3 weeks. Standard catalog items ship faster. Your confirmed lead time comes with your quote so you can plan around it. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact us immediately so we can catch it before fabrication starts.
Is there a minimum order size?
No. We take small and large projects alike, from a single fitting to a full system.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. We offer discounts on bulk orders. Contact us for a quote if you are ordering large quantities.
Do you charge a consultation fee for custom designs?
No. Consultations are free. We are happy to help you finalize your design and specifications.

What is the maximum size you can fabricate?
Contact us for larger custom orders and we will tell you what is possible.
Do you follow industry standards?
Yes. All our products comply with SMACNA standards, set by the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association. That covers seam construction, gauge requirements, and dimensional tolerances.
Can you fabricate complex duct shapes?
Yes. We have the equipment and the skilled technicians to handle intricate designs. Send us the difficult one.
Do you offer corrosion-resistant coatings?
Yes. We can source corrosion-resistant metals. We can also build in stainless steel or aluminum where you need better durability.
What is the tolerance on fabricated ductwork?
Typically within ± 1/8 of an inch. That is what keeps the fit right and the joints aligned in the field.
Getting it to you
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Every order is custom made. Most ship within 7 to 14 business days. You get a confirmation email with tracking or pickup details as soon as your order is ready.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and delivery speed. We may need to recalculate your shipping rate depending on how complicated your order is.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, and it is free. Select local pickup at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready at our Chandler shop.
Do you offer local delivery in Arizona?
Yes, depending on your location. Anything beyond 30 miles goes out with a freight carrier.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as you can. We can update the address only if your order has not been processed or shipped yet.
What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Paying, warranty and returns
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, financing is available on larger orders. Contact us for details.
Can I return custom ductwork?
Custom ductwork is made to order, so returns are not accepted. If there is a defect or an error on our part, we will remake the item at no cost. See our refund policy.
What is your warranty policy?
All our products carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
