Spiral comes in long lengths. A truck bed, van, or rack beats a car trunk. Tell us the lengths and we will advise.

Made-to-order work is quoted within one business day. Fittings travel with the pipe on the same order. That covers elbows, reducers, start collars, and end caps.

Why spiral

The lockseam is the whole point

Spiral pipe is formed by rolling a continuous strip of galvanized steel into a helix and locking the edges together. That seam runs the length of the pipe and is what makes it rigid.

The result is a round section that holds its shape under negative pressure, leaks less at the joints than a longitudinal seam, and moves air with lower friction loss than rectangular duct of the same capacity. It also hangs on fewer supports, which matters on a long run.

What to specify

Six things to settle before you order. All of them are options in the configurator above.

Diameter

4 in to 24 in

Standard range in 26-gauge. Size it off your CFM and target velocity, not off what the last job used.

Length

Cut to your run

We cut to the length you give us. Fewer joints means fewer places for a system to leak.

Gauge

26 ga and heavier

26-gauge is standard across the range. Heavier gauges are made to order for higher pressure or abrasive service.

Material

Galv, stainless, alum

Galvanized as standard. Stainless for washdown and corrosive air, aluminum where weight matters.

Fittings

Elbows and reducers

Elbows, reducers, wyes, start collars, and end caps sized to the pipe on the same order.

Standard

SMACNA compliant

Seam construction, gauge, and tolerances all built to SMACNA, so it installs the way the submittal said.

Questions

Before you drive over

Where do I pick up spiral pipe near Phoenix?

At our shop, 3385 N Nevada St, Chandler, AZ 85225. Select local pickup at checkout and we will let you know when it is ready at the dock. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 4:00.

What spiral-pipe diameters do you offer?

4″ through 24″ in 26-gauge as standard. Larger diameters, from 26″ to 36″, are made to order. So are heavier gauges.

Do you offer stainless or aluminum spiral?

Yes. High-quality stainless and aluminum are both available.

How is spiral pipe different from round duct?

Both are round. Spiral is formed by rolling a strip into a helix and locking the seam, which makes it more rigid and better sealed along its length. That is why it holds longer spans on fewer hangers.

What if I need a fitting that is not listed?

No problem. We fabricate custom duct fittings on request. Include the details in your submission, or send it through custom fabrication.

Can I add elbows, reducers, and end caps to the same order?

Yes. Add all the parts you need to the cart. We will bundle everything for one pickup.

What is the minimum order size?

There is no minimum. Order one 10-ft pipe or an entire truckload.

Can you ship instead of local pickup?

Yes. We palletize and LTL-ship nationwide. Let us know and we will pull a freight quote. Local pickup is still the quickest option, and it is available at checkout.
