Spiral comes in long lengths. A truck bed, van, or rack beats a car trunk. Tell us the lengths and we will advise.

Helical lockseam construction in galvanized steel. Cut to your length, so you are not joining short sticks to make a run.
| Diameter | Gauge | Availability |
|---|---|---|
| 4″ to 24″ | 26 ga galvanized | Standard, cut to length |
| 26″ to 36″ | Specified per job | Made to order |
| Any diameter | Heavier than 26 ga | Made to order |
| Any diameter | Stainless or aluminum | Made to order |
Made-to-order work is quoted within one business day. Fittings travel with the pipe on the same order. That covers elbows, reducers, start collars, and end caps.
Spiral pipe is formed by rolling a continuous strip of galvanized steel into a helix and locking the edges together. That seam runs the length of the pipe and is what makes it rigid.
The result is a round section that holds its shape under negative pressure, leaks less at the joints than a longitudinal seam, and moves air with lower friction loss than rectangular duct of the same capacity. It also hangs on fewer supports, which matters on a long run.
Six things to settle before you order. All of them are options in the configurator above.
Standard range in 26-gauge. Size it off your CFM and target velocity, not off what the last job used.
We cut to the length you give us. Fewer joints means fewer places for a system to leak.
26-gauge is standard across the range. Heavier gauges are made to order for higher pressure or abrasive service.
Galvanized as standard. Stainless for washdown and corrosive air, aluminum where weight matters.
Elbows, reducers, wyes, start collars, and end caps sized to the pipe on the same order.
Seam construction, gauge, and tolerances all built to SMACNA, so it installs the way the submittal said.

Yes. High-quality stainless and aluminum are both available.
Both are round. Spiral is formed by rolling a strip into a helix and locking the seam, which makes it more rigid and better sealed along its length. That is why it holds longer spans on fewer hangers.
No problem. We fabricate custom duct fittings on request. Include the details in your submission, or send it through custom fabrication.
