Rectangular duct is the backbone of most forced-air systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Unlike round duct, it fits into tight ceiling cavities, between floor joists, and along wall chases. That makes it the standard choice anywhere headroom or structure limits what a circular section can do. The smooth interior keeps airflow consistent and helps the system run efficiently.
Duct sections join with cleats. Add them to the same order and everything ships or gets picked up together.

If you need a width, height, or length that is not in the catalog, submit your dimensions and we fabricate it.
We work from measurements, field sketches, or formal shop drawings. Whatever you already have is enough to start.

A trunk line is the main horizontal duct that carries conditioned air from the air handler to branch takeoffs through the building. A plenum is the transition box that connects the air handler outlet collar to the trunk line. The plenum is usually taller and wider to match the unit outlet, then transitions down to the trunk dimension. We fabricate both.
26-gauge galvanized covers most residential and light commercial sizes. Larger commercial trunk lines and industrial applications are built in 24 or 22 gauge per SMACNA requirements.
